Dacă este posibil accesul direct la senzorii DPF-ului, indepartati unul dintre senzorii aflati inaintea filtrului (senzorul de presiune), introduceti sonda metalică prin spatiul ramas gol pentru a pulveriza lichidul direct în interiorul DPF-ului. Daca accesul la filtru nu este facil, montati la pistol duza conica și introduceți lichidul prin furtunul senzorului de presiune. La masinile sedan, acest senzor de presiune este localizat sub capota. La masinile MPV sau SUV, acest sensor este localizat in apropierea filtrului DPF. Repetati acest proces pana cand pulverizati intreaga cantitate de solutie Pasul 1, din rezervorul pistolului.
